1 user for multiple client on 1 realms

Is it possible to have 1 user for multiple client on 1 realms?
How to implement that?

That’s by default. User belongs to the realm (not to the client). Client belongs to the realm. So any realm user can use any realm client (by default).

No, there is no direct concept of user has (owns) client(s).
