Adding more 10 groups : groups missing

Hello

I’m trying to add more 10 groups by 2 ways, from the console and from terraform scripts. The group page don’t display more 10 groups whatever if we change the number of item per page (anyway we don’t see more one page).
From the User page, I see all groups when I would like to choice the groups to add.

Is it a bug ?
Version of Keycloak : 19.0.3
