Capture SAML Messages in Log

I’m learning SAML, the fine print, and would like to see the SAML messages going in and out my test (non production) Keycloak. What’s my best course of action?

  • a debug setting that captures the XML
  • a http proxy in front of it
  • something else

Advice is greatly appreciated

I would use SAML-tracer browser extension directly in the browser.
