Do I need replication between Keycloak replicas when using external Infinispan cache?

I have multiple Keycloak instances running on Kubernetes with KC_CACHE_STACK=kubernetes. Now, I would like to use external Infinispan. If I do that, do I still need to set KC_CACHE_STACK in Keycloak?
