We are working with Idle timeouts & logouts and we came to an interesting juncture as explained below.
The user logged into a Service Provide through SAML after Signing in against KeyCloak and at this point, I guess the relationship between KeyCloak and Service Provider ends.
No user continues his work on the Service Provider whereas he is not refreshing anything on the KeyCloak session and after “X” minutes KeyCloak met idle session time out and triggered Single Logout which causes some disruption to the user who lost some of his work midways.
Is there any way to handle this situation (in SAML)?
Please advise.
