Title is the question. We are looking at using Keycloak in a SaaS product and would be creating a realm for each client. At what point does Keycloak fall over with the number of realms? Based on experience of course.

keycloak officialy says 10, 20 i guess. but thats too little. i have heard from folks running upt 500 realms.
There is no clarity around these unfortunately 
Here-say only (from another post by an SME at a telco) – tops 400 before performance issues kick-in that can’t be circumvented by throwing resources at it.
