I have a project which deals with ePHI (Electronic Protected Health information) and I would want to know if keycloak is HIPAA compliant.
This is a link https://auth0.com/learn/why-hipaa-compliance-is-vital-your-business/ from auth0 which is HIPAA compliant. With regard to the informations presented by auth0, is it safe to assume that keycloak basically offering the same level of security in our specific case ?
