Keycloak redirection page running on infinite loop after upgrade

I have upgraded my instance from 6.0.1 to 13.0.1. Post upgrade the application redirected via saml and keeps on loading in infinite loop.

But i could able to access the admin console without any issues.

Kindly help to fix this
