I want to ask how to modify/customise Keycloak dashboard UI.
Do you mean the account console UI, or the admin UI? Both are React applications, and the current recommendation by the Keycloak team is the fork and then package your own as a custom theme. Source for both apps is here: keycloak/js/apps at main · keycloak/keycloak · GitHub
