OAuth 2.0 Device Authorization Grant - Consent screen is always shown

Hello,

Is the consent screen always supposed to be shown when enabling "
OAuth 2.0 Device Authorization Grant"?

Before migrating from Keycloak 18.0.0 (WildFly) to the latest version of Quarkus, we did not see the consent screen when we disabled the consent screen in the client configuration.
With the latest version, we always see the consent screen even though it is disabled in the client configuration.
