OIDC Identity provider Validating Public Key not showing up in admin

I am using the v20.0.2 docker container with preview features.
When configuring an OIDC identity provider:

  1. Validate Signatures - On
  2. Use JWKS URL - Off

JWKS URL is hidden but no field for Validating Public Key or Validating Public Key Id. Is this an admin2 issue (or unimplemented feature)?
