Standand alone to Postgres

I have made a key cloak / postgres project using the JBOSS/ Keycloak image on dockerhub.
My last keycloak project was standalone mysql. I have my export file from the standalone and i want to use it to configure my postgres version. I have tried several things involving keycloak_import to no avail, any help or references appreciated

Cant import realm using Docker Image

I am using the following docker image docker run -e KEYCLOAK_USER=demo -e KEYCLOAK_PASSWORD=demo -e KEYCLOAK_IMPORT=/tmp/quarkus-realm.json -v /tmp/quarkus-realm.json:/tmp/quarkus-realm.json -p 8180:8080 quay.io/keycloak/keycloak The realm doesnt show up in the realms on the UI.
