Update Http-Security Headers on Keycloak

Hi Team,

We have deployed Keycloak (15.0.2) on Kubernetes . We are able to access the Keycloak application via Kubernetes load balancer.
We wanted to update the security headers for our Keycloak , I am able to do so on Master Realm-> Security Defenders section (PFA)

but when i checked the same on https://securityheaders.com/ i can not see the updated headers configured by us .

Any idea where to update correctly? Is there any alternative way to update these headers?
