We have a user that can’t login to an OpenID app we have via Keycloak. The user federation is through/imported from LDAP.
The event log shows “No user details” with “email_in_use”. Their account was initially marked “disabled,” which we certainly didn’t do manually. I then “enabled” the account, but that didn’t help.
I tried deleting the account and re-importing from LDAP. Again the account was marked “disabled.”
Other people do not have this problem logging in. Any idea what’s going on?
