Verification email was not sent to user when user registered in keycloak

Hello all,

I have been trying to send a verification email to user. But user is not getting the email. I have tested the SMTP configuration and I am getting the test message

  1. Realm Settings → verify email is turned on
  2. Users -->Required user actions → Verify email.
  3. Users → Email Verified is turned OFF

User was able to register but the verify-email is not working. Any help here would be appreciated.
