Vue.js procedures for Keycloak installation on Windows 10

Hi
Is the Vue.js procedures complement of the other sections of getting started site? I downloaded and successfully started Keyclock java project. I also followed the vue.js procedures right up the line: ```
launch app:http://127.0.0.1:3000

I have not seen this before. It looks like there should be a command called launch, but I do not. Here is what I have in my app.vue
