Just watched the talk @edewit gave at devday 2025, and at 32:23 some “easy theme” is mentioned.
From the looks of it, it might be what I’ve been looking for, but I can’t find any information on it 
Does anyone have more information, maybe a link?

The feature is called quick-theme. You have to configure it on server level and start Keycloak with this experimental feature enabled. Then, you can find it on the „themes“ tab in realm settings.
I‘m currently not aware of any documentation.
It seems that it will become a preview feature in KC 26.3, there‘s a new guide in the nightly docs: Customizing with Quick Theme - Keycloak
