Basic configuration. Can't create users (missing invisible field)

Hello,
I’ve just installed a test stack with keycloak 9.0.2 and its postgres db (docker hub images)
When i try to create a user in my master realm, i obtain the following result

Keycloak seems to wait for a field which doesn’t appear
No field appears in red
The only way i found to add users is to let them self register → this works
