Is the simple test https://www.keycloak.org/app app not working?

Trying to use the dummy Test application - Keycloak for a simple poc but I am stuck on the save page.
No login, no clean config.
I am the only one with this issue?

I found the same issue. I realized it last Thursday. I wait for checking again in case was a known bug but it still not working.
