Keycloak Action Token for Email Verification

I am trying to initiate an Email Verification action from the client using an Action Token and auth/login-actions/action-token?key=XXX. How can i generate an Action token for this purpose? Also how can i create an action token for a custom action.

I am using Keycloak 6.0.1.
