I wanted to know if Keycloak has a feature for Managed Service Provider.

Nothing like that exist in Keycloak. However, people often use Groups to organize organizations for SaaS products, and there have been several discussions here and on the mailing list about how to manage multi-organization, multi-tenant environments using keycloak
