Upon redirection the following URL fails with unable to reach the site error on 12.0.1
Can you reach that URL from your network? Chrome is giving you a DNS error that it can’t resolve api.instagram.com. Try opening that in a separate browser or incognito window. It looks like a local network issue, rather than related to Keycloak.
