Can't access admin panel - email verification problem

Hi I am very new to setting up Keycloak and made an error.

I was setting up SMTP and having problems similar to the ones in this thread

I mistakenly reset the admin user password and switched on email verification (without SMTP being set up) now I cannot access the admin control panel because it is asking for verification of an email it did not send.

Is there a way of getting the verification URL through the API or some other way to resolve this.

I’d appreciate the help.
