Making First Name / Last Name mandatory in the "first broker login" flow

Hey,

I wonder how to require First / Last name fields to be mandatory (non-blank) during first broker login flow, when user account is not linked yet. Both First and Last name fields are taken from our Identity Provider and might be blank. Our OIDC client which authenticates via Keycloak requires both to be non-blank.

Any ideas how to achieve it? Can this be done via Keycloak Admin panel or maybe via editing some template? Or by adding a custom plugin?
