We disabled user self registration. When we create a user for a realm it automatically sets the Required User Actions of which one is Verify Email. But no email is sent.
We have to go into each newly created user’s credentials tab and enter ‘Verify Email’ or "Update Profile’ in the Reset Actions box. Only then the user onboarding email is send.
Is there a configuration option that I missed?
