I want to be able to only allow users to signin with google and not register or login using email and password. Is this possible in keycloak?

I think this is possible. You can do it by Creating an authentication configuration. To do that you need to go to Authentication section. There you can see a table in the Flows tab. Select the Action option for Identity Provider Redirector. Then configure it accordingly.
