Redirect after verifying mail in different browser


I’m having an issue where some users register through the desktop (for example) but opens the link to verify the e-mail in the smart phone. When this happens, when the user uses a different browser than the one it used to register itself.

The user does not get redirected to the webpage. It stays on keycloak page just saying that the e-mail was verified.

Is there anything we can do to fix this case?

I’m experiencing the same issue in chrome desktop. Did you find a fix?

Hi @custodio ,It is the default behaviour of Keyclaok application and rather a correct one due to security reasons. The user must explicitly login again from other browsers in order to be redirected to the client application.
