Supported databases

Hi, In 2022 February an article was written about supported databases in the new model. Now, we have quarkus only keycloak with new model and documentation says, that the server has built-in support for different databases.

So my question is, can we consider an article about PostgreSQL as the only first-class database to be outdated?

I think what is “new” is not clear from the documentation.

The article you linked to is about the “new store”, which has not been released yet. My understanding is that PostgreSQL and CockroachDB will be the only supported databases for the “new store”.

For the “new” Quarkus only Keycloak, the “legacy store” still supports many databases, as indicated in the documentation page you linked.
