Hey,
We are running Keycloak v12.0.4 on a cluster with multiple instances and configured with the distributed cache.
For some reason, when we do an upgrade to version 13 (or any other version) all the ACTIVE sessions are dropped and we see 0 sessions in the DB/Console, BUT all the OFFLINE sessions are still valid and work as expected.
We used the documentation provided by keycloak for the cache and for the migration.
Can anyone suggest anything to solve it?
