Hi, all!
We had a very strange problem today: an active user could not logi-in into the platforma. After checking his credentials, his user was marked with UPDATE_PASSWORD. He did the process and could not access with these new credentials. Then, user asked to recover his password which allowed him to access everything he needs.
We have no idea on how to investigate it. Where can I check user status besides the table user_required_action?
The user above have no entry in the table user_required_action.
Any help?
